Penduduk Jahat: Selepas Mati

Watched the movie back when i was still at Kampar wf my frenz two weeks ago.
It is not a wise choice to bring along the thought "i wan an up to standard movie" to watch this one.
First of all, this movie cater to the Biohazard series hardcore fans. So, if ur not one of them, ur not gonna feel the same way as they do for the movie.

Im not gonna write spoiler here in case some of u haven't watch it. Anyways, I think the movie is quite good, at least good for killing times, WAYZZZ better than "Pirahna" which is totally wtf.

       If u played Silent Hills, u'll noe the giant undead in the movie kinda resemble the a monster from that game.

Story wise, i will said it is quite predictable and some part of the story they didn't wrap it quite well. It is just about ok to me. The thing which appeals me the most in this movie is none other than the characters.

To be honest, i like the characters of Resident Evil in games more than in movies. However, this time round, as if there is an evolution of characters.

Claire Redfield becomes even more cooler in the movie. She has more of  this "care less of unnecessary things" attitude in the movie, which quite a contrast to the personality of Claire in games.

Alice had been more humane and masculine at the same time, her sound is a lil' rougher than last time though. This time round, they finally introduce this new character from the games,

                                                            Wentworth Miller as Chris Redfield

Chris Redfield, who is played by Wentworth Miller from Prison Break, is quite a signature for Biohazard  (together with Jill Valentines *myfavourite*, Leon, Claire Redfield, and Ada Wong).

Im really satisfied with the actor choices on characters, but b4 the movie is out, i thought Chris Evan will b the Chris! I mean, man, he has the look(and body XP) and attitude of Chris! Well, Miller is not much of a bad choice too, since his portray of Chris is more like the Chris from Biohazard 1, OR, he's more like Leon to me.

Since RE: Extinction, i haf a thought on Claire Redfield choices, n i thought Jennifer Garner(her Alias image) quite fits the criteria as well, but the choice of having Ali Larter is very surprising and it is indeed a right choice since she manage to portray a serious yet feminine figure of Claire in game. Albert Wesky, who is played by Shawn Roberts, is an exact portrayal of the game's Albert.

I also love the opening of the movie even though the girls shown at the starting is not even relevant much to the movie (of coz i noe the fact she is the penduduk jahat >.<), watching the opening scenes is like watching the fashion shows to me, because of the Japanese gal n Mila Jovovich. Please dont expect less from a fashion model guys, R-E-S-P-E-C-T~ Lolz....

Overall, i think this movie scored 6.8/10 marks, the downside is mostly on the story and the final boss fight. The turns on? The Barrel gun with coins as bullet.
PS: Im anticipating for the next RE, for a reason. ;)
